About Us
We are a boutique strategy consulting firm with deep experience and a level of commitment uncommon in larger firms.
Caden Strategy was built on the back of a strong relationship with a leading global seafood company. We helped management develop and implement a very aggressive European growth strategy, taking the business from €600m to €1bn in revenue.
Today, our client base is much more diverse. It includes multi-billion euro companies that are market leaders, as well as small-medium sized enterprises that are challenging the status quo. In each case, our objective is to be a trusted adviser to senior executives in the client organisation. We do this by:

Each member of the Caden team has also spent time in finance and/or start-ups. So, our approach is always commercial and pragmatic.

Senior Associate
David is the Managing Director of Caden Strategy. He has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, spanning Europe, North America and Asia. His clients have ranged from multinationals like Mondelez International and Mars, to leading independent players and high growth SMEs.
Prior to his work in strategy consulting, David was a Vice-President at J.P. Morgan in Singapore and London.
David holds an M.B.A. from IMD Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Shulli is a Senior Associate at Caden Strategy, with a background in strategy, organisational change and digital transformation. Prior to joining Caden, Shulli worked for the consulting arm of a leading global professional services firm.
Shulli was also a founding member of two award-winning start-ups, devising the business plan and go-to-market strategy, and raising finance.
Shulli holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Birmingham.

Sacha is a Senior Associate at Caden Strategy, with more than five years of consulting experience. Sacha previously worked with David at another boutique strategy firm, conducting a series of business reviews for Mars.
Prior to his work in consulting, Sacha worked in strategic change management at Deutsche Bank.
Sacha holds a Masters in Classics from the University of Oxford.
